Do I need to make an appointment, or do you accept walk-ins?

We always recommend you schedule an appointment to ensure we can properly provide you the best service.  However we understand everyone schedule may change so we welcome walk ins.  Just walk in and sign in under the walk in barber for the next available slot and have a seat.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, debit and all major credit cards (amex, discover, visa, master card)

Do you offer discounts for children, seniors, or students?

We offer discounts for seniors, active/reserve military, public services (firefighters, police officers, EMT and Maryland public teachers) proper ID must be shown at check out.

Can I book a specific barber for my appointment?

You most certainly can!  Choose your prefer or recommended barber by clicking on their name and our booking system will display the barber’s available time slots that are open for scheduling appointments.

How long is the average wait time for walk-in customers?

Our average wait time for a walk-in is 30 minutes.

What products do you use for hair and beard grooming?

We have a basic selection of grooming products (i.e. pomades, hair gels, beard balms and beard oils) that we use and that could be purchase if you like.

Do you have a loyalty program or offer rewards for frequent customers?

We currently don’t offer any loyalty programs but we do offer complimentary services that are free when offered to our customers to show our appreciation for our customers.

What is your cancellation policy, and is there a fee for no-shows?

We understand things happen so customers can cancel their appointments 30 minutes prior to their service.  We charge a $25 no call no show fee.  We also reserve the right to block customers who abuse our no call no show policy. 

Do you offer gift certificates or gift cards?

Gift cards can be purchase on line or in person at the shop.

How experienced are your barbers, and are they licensed?

All our barbers have over two years or more experience. We also have master barbers with over 10 years of experience.

Can you provide recommendations for haircuts or styles that would suit me?

We have professional skilled barbers that would be glad to find a great style for you.  We also recommend you bring in photos which would assist the barber with creating the right look that would fit you.

Do you have magazines or entertainment available for customers while they wait?

We have a great receptionist area that have 55 in tv’s for your viewing, great music with a comfortable volume and complimentary coffee bar with light refreshments while you wait. 

What safety and sanitation measures do you have in place, especially in light of COVID-19?

We follow all state requirements for COVID-19 and offer mask if requested.  We also sanitized all barber capes after each service.  We also have hand sanitizer at barbers stations and reception area for customers.


Can I bring my child for a haircut, and do you have a children's play area?

We welcome kids 2yrs and up.  We have kid freely movies for kids to watch to keep them entertain.

Are you open on holidays and weekends?

We are open on some holidays depending on the day of the holiday.  But we encourage that our staff also enjoy the holidays with their family.  We provide notification to our customers on our social media, website, Google Business page and newsletter on days we will closed for the holiday.

We are open Sunday-Friday and closed on Saturday for our staff to enjoy their time with their family on Saturdays.

What is your policy on fixing or adjusting a haircut if the customer is not satisfied?

If a customer received a haircut from Kendrick’s Barbershop and the haircut needs to be fixed or adjusted this will be done by us at no additional cost.  If a customer comes in and request us to correct a haircut from another location the customer will be charged for a full service haircut.


Can I bring my own hair products for the barber to use during my service?

We don’t allow our barbers to use outside products that have not be cleared with the management staff.  We ask if you would like us to use your products they must be approved by the management staff.
